By using Nitro Kit, you agree to use the service and its software lawfully and responsibly.

Accounts and purchases

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Paid access and downloads are for the customer and team covered by the purchased license.

Nitro Kit Pro source

Your Pro license lets your team use and modify retrieved patterns and source in any number of your own projects and projects you build for clients, including commercial applications.

You may deliver an application's source to its client and share it with collaborators working on that application. Those recipients may use and maintain it as part of that application; this does not give them separate access to the Pro catalog.

You may not resell, sublicense, publish, or distribute Nitro Kit Pro source as a standalone kit, template collection, component library, or competing source catalog, including modified or repackaged versions. Shipping applications built with that source is allowed.

Subscriptions and cancellation

An active Pro subscription provides access to the catalog and new source updates. If your subscription ends, you may keep using and modifying source you retrieved while entitled, including in future own and client projects, under these source-use terms. Ending your subscription does not require removing that source from your applications.

Canceling stops future renewals. Catalog access continues for the remainder of the paid subscription period. New downloads and updates require active access.

Updates and prereleases

Retrieved source is application-owned: catalog updates do not overwrite your code. You choose which updates to adopt. Gem releases and Pro catalog versions are versioned separately.

Beta releases may change APIs and behavior. We publish release notes and migration guidance for breaking changes. Pin the versions you use and review updates before applying them. A prerelease does not promise a stable API or a release date.

Existing v1 customers

Existing Nitro Kit v1 purchasers receive lifetime Pro access, including future Pro catalog updates, at no recurring charge. We will email eligible customers a 100% discount code at launch. The same Pro source-use terms apply.

Free components and third-party software

The free Nitro Kit gem is covered by its included license. These Pro terms do not replace that license or the licenses of third-party dependencies.

Availability

The service is provided as available. Features may change as Nitro Kit develops, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nitro Kit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service or software.
